These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ZPOS Billing App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
ZPOS Billing App is a mobile billing and invoicing tool designed to help businesses create bills, manage records, and print receipts via Bluetooth printers. You agree to use the App only for lawful business purposes.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information (such as name, phone number, email, and business name) when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Bluetooth Printer Connectivity
The App requires Bluetooth permission to discover and connect to compatible printers. We are not responsible for compatibility issues, malfunctions, or damage caused by third-party printer hardware.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of billing, invoice, and customer data you enter into the App.
- You must not use the App for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or misuse the App.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the App available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

How to permanently delete your ZPOS Billing App account and data
You can delete your account and associated data directly from within the app — no need to contact support.
- 1Open the ZPOS Billing App on your device.
- 2Go to Settings.
- 3Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- 4Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
What Gets Deleted
Once you confirm deletion, the following are permanently removed from our active systems:
- Your profile information (name, phone number, email, business name)
- Your billing records, invoices, and customer data stored in the App
- Any saved printer/device configurations linked to your account
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure to export or back up any data you wish to keep before proceeding.

If you're unable to delete your account from within the app, or need assistance, email us at leadloomers@gmail.com with your registered email/phone number, and we will process your deletion request.
